Before you can register fingerprints, set user codes, or connect the lock to an app, the lock must first be activated using the provided activation code. This is a one-time step that initializes the system.
Step 1 — Wake Up the Keypad
Touch or tap the keypad to wake it up. The screen or keypad backlight will illuminate, indicating it is ready to receive input.
Note: If the keypad does not respond, check that the batteries are properly installed and fully charged.
Step 2 — Enter the Activation Code
Using the format below, enter your activation code exactly as shown:

- Press the * (star) key first to begin the sequence
- Enter your activation code as provided in the box or setup card
- Press the # (hash) key to confirm and submit

Step 3 — Listen for Confirmation
Once the code is accepted, the lock will respond with a voice prompt:
“Activation successful.”
This confirms your lock is initialized and ready for setup. You can now proceed to register fingerprints, create user PIN codes, and configure access settings.
Did not hear the confirmation prompt?
- Ensure you pressed * before and # after the code
- Re-enter the code carefully — do not pause between digits
