1. Access the Web Portal:
Start by logging in to your Keyless account using the web browser version, not the mobile application. This functionality is only available through the web interface.
2. Navigate to the Units Section:
Once logged in, go to the โUnitsโ tab in your dashboard. Locate the specific unit that you wish to transfer.
3. Delete the Unit:
Select and delete the unit that you want to assign to the new agency. This will unlink the unit from your account, preparing it for reassignment.
4. Remove Associated Locks:
Next, head to the โLocksโ section. Identify all the locks that were previously assigned to the deleted unit.
You will need to delete each of these locks as well, as they are tied to your accountโs management permissions.
5. Important โ Save the QR Codes First:
Before deleting any lock, make sure to go into the lock details page and download the QR code
associated with each device. This QR code is essentialโit allows the new agency to register and pair the lock with their own Keyless account.
